Jodi is a huge asset to our team! After graduating from the University of Georgia last year, she joined SCI as a Technical Recruiter. Her favorite part of the job is the fun work environment, which she cultivates because she is our resident DJ.
Jodi is always making the team laugh and keeping us entertained throughout the work day. Even though she likes to have fun, she is also a hard worker who is always challenging us and we are grateful for her contributions. To get to know her better we had a little Q & A session:
1. What is your most memorable candidate experience?
I can’t pinpoint one but following up on candidates I have placed and hearing them say how happy they are. It makes me want to keep the flow going!
2. If you could have anyone’s job at SCI, whose would you take and why?
Alicia’s (office manager) because she gets to pick out all of the office snacks.
3. What is your favorite role to recruit for?
Software Engineers (especially when the roles are new & diverse)
4. Fun fact about you?
I just finished my goal of running 40 miles in April!
5. What do you do when you aren’t in the office?
I kickbox, play trivia at Athens’ local restaurants, hangout with friends and watch only the best reality TV.
