Jason is the Founder and Managing Partner of SCI, where he leverages over 20 years of industry experience to lead strategic planning, to deliver best-in-class talent acquisition services for our partners, and to ensure that each member of SCI is equipped to take action on the plan at the organization, team, and individual levels. Prior to forming SCI, Jason was founder and President of Radar Healthcare Providers, a staffing and human capital management firm that works with scientific, medical, and other high-skilled personnel throughout the United States. In 2016, Radar was sold to a private equity firm.

When not in the office, Jason enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf, exercising, and volunteering within the nonprofit communities we support.
