Kaylee joined the SCI team in 2020 as a Technical Recruiter, after spending the bulk of her career as an Executive Assistant supporting top executives for a luxury hotel, financial advisement firm, and co-working startup. Her path at SCI has led to her current role as an Account Manager where her focus is building long-term relationships with our clients, while still playing an active role in recruitment. Kaylee has a passion for people and enjoys working for a company that values making a difference in the lives of our clients and candidates.

When she’s not at work, Kaylee can be found spending time with her husband Will and son Holt, usually cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, contributing sides to whatever Will has in the smoker, or taking a walk around Athens with their dog, Hoyt.
