Kelly Moates has been at SCI since 2021 and has served in various capacities including Recruiter, Account Manager, and now VP of Operations for the team. He spent the first part of his career in the nonprofit and construction industries before transitioning to human capital management. Kelly enjoys seeing individuals and companies grow through creative staffing and people development.

Kelly grew up in the Athens, Ga., area and currently lives in Oconee County with his wife, Hana, and dog, Silas. When he’s not working, you’ll find him (slowly) renovating his 1910 farmhouse, playing golf, or pursuing his graduate degree in I/O Psychology at the University of Georgia.
